Who we are
Silver Ridge Roofing LLC is a roofing contractor based in Woodburn, Oregon (CCB #251085). You can reach us at (971) 772-9044 or [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you fill out the estimate form, that's your name, phone number, the ZIP code of the property, what you need help with, and anything you write in the message box. We also ask for your email so we can send you a confirmation. If you call, text or email us, we have that message and the number or address it came from.
What we use it for
To get back to you about your roof, schedule a visit, prepare an estimate, and do the work if you hire us. That's all.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with other companies for their marketing.
- Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who helps us run things
When you send the form, your request reaches us by email through Resend, an email-delivery service, which also sends you the confirmation. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. The fonts on this site are stored on our own server, so your browser doesn't contact Google to load them. These companies handle data for us so we can operate; they aren't allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
Our TV ad
The QR code in our TV ad opens this site with a short tag in the address (for example, "gym-am"). Your browser keeps that tag for 60 days, so if you send us a request we know the ad brought you. It's the name of the ad, nothing about you, and it isn't a cookie. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
Text messages
We only text you if you check the box on the form or text us first. Details are in our SMS terms.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your request, do the work, and keep the business records the law requires of a contractor.
Your choices
Ask us what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call, text or email and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
